Re: Hooks - bothy movie

Really enjoyed the film, I suppose thats the thing about retirement (presume he's retired) gives you the time if you have the inclination to undertake these projects.
After six months out of house and garden boy would you have some catching up to do:)

Re: Bursitis elbow

I broke my scapula, shoulder pushed down breaking off lower portion, no surgery and pretty much 100% movement ten years ago, I'm wondering if there is a tie up between the two injuries......and yes it was mtb at Llandegla

Inspired by Stus post on n-1, I took my Ragley for a wee spin round the woods for the first time in ages. My reckoning is that it's no longer required now I have my Orbea Occam http://i.imgur.com/iZKuYeh.jpg But it was lovely!!! Feels really snappy and direct, masses of grip from the XR4s. I think ...

Affordable bike lights

Hi all
Ido very little night riding due to the lack of descent lights but put off by the price of the better known brands.
Singletrack carried out a review of two cheaper lights, the Itu Wiz xp3 and the Starry light Rx02, and gave them both a good review,
Anyone else using these
