Advice I've seen a few places, not a solution for me I'm afraid. I'm strictly no Alcohol/sugar/salt/tobacco/crack/sleeping meds  Insulin is my only drug

Now I could up my dose and sleep like a corpse, but ofcourse that could make me a corpse

All my worries went this weekend once I was on the trails, 67 miles later, sunburn, bruises and sore saddles I had not a worry in the world, even after my Seatpack jettisoned into my rear wheel and bar harness exploding I still made it home in once piece with a smile! Though I probably would've been happier if I hadn't had 4 hypos
