Re: The Trail to Kazbegi
It has confirmed to me that I need to go ride there because for years I have thought that Georgia would be a great place to explore on a mtb and has been high on my "to do" list and is even higher now..
Re: The Trail to Kazbegi
Great film, they looked to be travelling really light though.

Thats a great film, also, some of the others he has done have been good too (if memory serves me well )
Re: The Trail to Kazbegi
The EVA Air flight path from Taiwan to London goes over that area. Stunning.. I've spent hours on end just looking out of the plane window, with loose thoughts of riding home from a factory trip one day.for years I have thought that Georgia would be a great place to explore on a mtb

Nice film ..... but where can I buy some of that 'vanishing luggage' they were using when things got rad?
May the bridges you burn light your way
Re: The Trail to Kazbegi
That was my only negative thought about the film. Personally I'd have liked it better if looked a bit more natural by leaving the luggage in place.Bearbonesnorm wrote:Nice film ..... but where can I buy some of that 'vanishing luggage' they were using when things got rad?
Lovely film otherwise.
Looks a truly stunning place too.

Re: The Trail to Kazbegi
It could do without that crappy existential narrative at the end too.
Re: The Trail to Kazbegi
Sounds good to me Karl

Mid March...on a Wednesday...MAN to Tbilisi....243 quid return...seriously tempting.

Mid march. Not even a fat bike would be any use. Skins and skies.Scattamah wrote:Mid March...on a Wednesday...MAN to Tbilisi....243 quid return...seriously tempting.
