Anyone had any experience with ZPacks kit?

Pastures new (warmer climes) means a rethink in kit

Liking the look / weight etc of some of the ZPacks stuff

Has anyone bought any of their kit?

Thinking specifically of this:

I've got a pocket tarp, only used it once though.
Quality seems excellent though.

My wife got a tent and a few other bits in Colorado a few years ago. Light, strong very well made. Everything was going well untill I got her credit card bill. :|

I have the Solplex shelter and one of their 30 degree regular bag/quilt numbers. Love my Zpacks kit. The Solplex is one of my favourite pieces of gear.

Bought a pocket tarp and bathtub groundsheet in the summer. Very easy company to deal with and will flex production to meet your deadlines. Used the tarp 4 times, excellent build quality and works well. Pricy though!

I've been using a zpacks hexamid tarp for the past four years. Great piece of kit.

Nothing personally, but a mate had loads of their stuff - tarps, packs, cuben rain skirt (!) - and loved it

I was shocked at the price though!

I had a Hexamid but sold it to Gari. Nothing wrong with it, high quality and well designed but just realised I prefer other materials above cuben.
