bought this at the weekend, rode it home and back yesterday, but it is a bit too small. I am 6ft 3'' with a 34''inside leg.
frame length is fine, just a bit too small.

cost me £459. selling for £400

it comes with original spec, not the jones bars in the photo.

Ton, Evans have a right-bike guarantee now - http://www.evanscycles.com/help/right-bike-guarantee If it's clean and only 1 ride old you can return it.
Sorry that it's not a good fit, intended to be ok up to 6'3" or more.

but I have now swapped it with my son for a pretty unused charge plug road bike in a 58cm.
