So what's everyone doing?

Anything good, D.I.Y or Ikea?

Little pootle tonight after work just to spin the legs for a bit and then a nice long easy road ride tomorrow. I might even stop in Evesham and eat lunch outside at a cafe.

Well for my birthday treat Mrs B suggested that we all go to Llandegla, I go for a spin and she takes the girls for a walk and then we all have lunch in the cafe.

Yes, I know it's a trail centre and some of you will poo-poo it but if the weathers pants my six year old twins are happy colouring & reading in the cafe and that's better than being stuck at home.
Wait for me...

Always enjoyed myself booting it round degla on the full suss. It's one of the places I go with my "trail centre" mates.

Welsh one.
I'm only up there for a single night then back again next weekend for a couple.
Fancy a night out?

I'll see what the boss says and get back to you.
I expect it'll have to be a quick return on the Sunday as that kicking out day for us. 10am iirc. So late start/early finish would be good for me.

Funeral in London tomorrow, then "gardening" on Sunday, not a good weekend for riding this week.

Entered a 200km audax on Sunday so will be doing that. The good weather is set to hold next week so planning on getting a 3 day / 2 night trip done. No idea what I am going to do yet, loads of options though.

After dark start on Saturday for a couple of hours ride out to an east facing bivvy spot ready for the sunrise on an island, followed by an early start on Sunday to spin out some miles in the promised heat wave :-bd

Off to the Long Mynd with OH, one dog, camper van and a bike. Lots of walking Sat and Sun then ride home while OH drives. Should get a good 140km I hope (and maybe a quick Long Mynd off road ride as well)

Beach/forest ride tomorrow on Anglesey and see how my knee is holding up, local loop on Sunday if it's ok. Not managed back to back rides or anything Much over a hour for quite a while now.

Hopefully watch Wales beat England on Sunday afternoon.
