Bike is fairly bling already and can't think of anything on it I'd change just now.

Was tempted by an Exposure Joystick, seeing as they're on offer at Rutland.
If I could find a Terra Nova Discovery Lite bivi for £100, I think I'd have one. Cheapest I've seen is £140.

Alternative is to flog my recently acquired Sony camera that I'm not especially happy with and put the money to this and get a different camera.

Revo is very good unless your going slowly up hill. I have to admit to using my Diablo on top of my hat for the last climb to Penrhos Isaf.
Other than that I'm enjoying it. Personally, I think you'll get a lot of use out of one.

This option has it limitations too, as ideally I'd like a thru axle hub, but can't get a thru axle fork with a straight steerer. Nothing is as easy as it used to be...

Why not get a thru axle one and an adapter? For when you can use a thru axle?

The exposure branded hub (PD-8X) is 15mm bolt through but comes with an adapter to run a 9mm QR.
I've been waiting for this hub to run with both bikes.

PD-8 is 9mm QR
PD-8X is 15mm bolt through.

I got my PD-8X through Evans and it came with a 9mm adapter. I currently use a 15mm bolt through, so have not used the adapter yet as I'm awaiting my new frame and fork.

Not sure if all PD-8X's(non Evans) come with the adapter, although you can get them through ebay for only a handful of pounds.

Jameso should be able to enlighten you I expect.
