OEX bush pro tarp

Post by Leerowe76 »

Anyone used or have one they can comment on, reviews look good for the price and the size seems to be spot on for a solo outing. Weight wise coming in around the same as the DD superlight but think it comes without pegs etc.

Dog chewed the corner of my DD superlight after a back garden overnighter the little b*stard X_X , so while searching I came across the OEX tarp

No direct experience Lee but it looks alright, although I would say (and this is personal) that it's pretty heavy at nearly 500g, perhaps too big for solo use and don't be tempted to use the brass eyelets as they'll likely pull out. Other than me being picky, if it suits your requirements then why not.

The 3x3 Lomo tarp's not bad. Similar material wise to the OEX and about £25.
