View ranger printing map sections?

Hi new to view ranger. I don't find it very intuitive at all, but.....
I've got my tiles downloaded. I can zoom and see my route. PC and Device see I've bought tiles.
Now, how do I print the zoomed in map section Please? Using export pdf prints a whole route on an A4 page. Of no use.
Am I missing (probably) an obvious step?

I don't know the actual method, if one even exists, but I'm taking screenshots (the "Print Screen" key), then pasting that into Microsoft Paint. You can then stick bits together if you like and print out from there, or print out a load of individual sheets.

I realise I probably haven't explained that very eloquently so feel free to ask again.
