Bearstock roll call

Post by ianfitz »

There may be a list somewhere but I've missed it. Would be good to know who is coming and what you'll be riding etc.

I'll be there on an orange spearfish staying in a white and green hexamid

And my name in real life is ian fitz

My wife and I will be there. Both on Cotics. We'll be pitched up under a green Alpkit tarp.

Since we are going to see The Stranglers tomorrow night at Grassington Festival, we'll be driving down early Sat AM to do one of Stuart's suggested routes hopefully arriving early afternoon.

Setting out from Leeds to Newtown by train, picking up Stu's route from there.
Am pulling my old On-one Tinbred out for the occasion and will be dossing under a Silwing.
Looking forward to it!
See you there.

Hello, mostly an occasional lurker here but venturing along as a chance to get out with family.

Red Inbred SS with 3yr old on Yepp Mini upfront, partner on Purple 456. They'll be in a small tent me in bivy / tarp.

We don't have much gear and also little idea, looking forward to it!

Arriving early evening with my wife Becky, a late departure/ arrival for us, as she has a wotk event to go to first...

A very brief road ride is the plan - B on her lwb recumbent 'thing' and me on my genesis fortitude

Not at all lightweight is the plan:
A roomy tent and fat comfy sleep mats! :-bd
Not so much a gravel grinder.... more a gravel (mud and tarmac) groveller...

Silver-ish Superfly with Niner forks and mango trim. Accom. is a blue Solplex. Easy to spot beard. Will answer to Scattamah, Scott or a variety of other obscene names. Will most likely be clutching Guinness.

So am car camping in a leafy spot just outside of Rhayader.

Ahh. Yes. Bring the solo as I *may* have left the bivy in an addressed envelope at work!
