Unfortunately John has burst his appendix recently (Unbeknownst to him) and was admitted to hospital a couple of days ago, he has had IT and a part of his bowel removed
so here's wishing you a very Speedy recovery mate, I was sooo looking forward to our WRT route but we will have to wait for the next one instead
hopefully everyone will send him some Love

Cheers mate, I'm stuck in hospital until Sunday the surgeon said part of my bowel which they cut out had gone gangrene because of the stuff from the appendix burst near it some time back.
So key hole surgery turned into a nice big cut.
1st thing I knew as a stomach pains at 10pm on Tuesday.
I've just pm'ed Stuart my WRT bail excuse
See you at Bearstock

Look, if you don't want to ride the WRT just say so, this seems a bit extreme

I hope there's a drug that suppresses the competitive streak . . . . . Poor lad is going to struggle if there are prizes out there for the taking and he is confined to bed . . . . .

I think it was the thought of being stuck out in the middle of nowhere listening to Me for 3 days that made it explode Stu

Forget the op, here's hoping you've got someone on resupply duty so you can avoid the hospital "food"...
