Tubeless rumpus
I've bought some rumpus wheels a would like to tubeless them. I'm not sure where to tape to though. Do you cover the whole bed of the rim or do you leave the channel at either side exposed to help the bead of the tyre ro snap into place. Any ideas?

I left the edges untaped on mine ... 2 wraps of gorilla tape and all was well.

Did you use the one inch width tape and overlap the wraps in the middle or cut down the wider tape?

I used 1" tape and just overlapped. I didn't apply it in 2 seperate pieces though, it was one continuous 'wrap' moving from one side to the other ... not that it really mattersDid you use the one inch width tape and overlap the wraps in the middle or cut down the wider tape?

I've finally shaken off my man flu and done the first wheel. Followed your advice and it went up first time with a track pump.
