Trouble is ... most folk at looking at the Llanbrynmair forecast but that's not where they'll be doing the majority of their riding. The weather here can change valley to valley, sometimes it's nice in Llanbrynmair but crap here ... I've even been told that it was once nice here but crap in Llanbrynmair
May the bridges you burn light your way

'Cos it is generally the best laid out, most detailed, most forward looking and consistently most accurate forecast on the internet.

Its not looking too bad now. Just heavy (probably in places) on Sunday. Better that than light rain/drizzle for 3 days solid!

*forecast subject to change.

If it's really rubbish weather I'm just gonna dump my gear in the car, go ride and then sleep in my tent on the campsite.

Tarp + blizzard bag + gilet (currently packed) OR
Tarp + blizzard bag + down jacket OR
Tarp + pipe dream 600...

If its not going to drop below about 5 degrees I'm happy as I am.
Got a feeling I might be packing and repacking all day until we leave at 6pm...
Time would be better spent getting the miles in instead of fretting about how many ml of meths to carry...

Anyone else a bit queasy at the thought of dragging a loaded bike over the Berwyns in the pissing rain, or is it just me?

My route on sunday, will be weather dependant. The worst of the rain is in the morning so a bit of a late start, and then see how the weather pans out throughout the day

If anyone wants to track us we'll probably be in a pub in Llanrhaeadr on Saturday night and in one nr Dolgellau on Sunday night.
