Yes up over calf via Brant fell n Calder's. Down bowderdale beck. Take bw to weasdale across to ravenstonedale then climb up lane to adamthwaite bw to narthwaite then stick to bw west of A683 to thursgill back into town. Its been awhile since iv done this loop but its great riding also around dent there is some great loops!!

Bowderdale looks good on the map as a descent. In reality though esp when wet it isn't.
I'd go up that way and descend the Calf at warp speed heading South.
