Yes for me would be some chocolate or a chocolate coated flapjack.

Whilst doing the Saunders Mountain Marathon a few years ago, my mate brought a bag of Doritos Chili Heatwave. Now I can't get enough of 'em!! That and swiss roll (eaten straight from the packet) and custard. Oh, and maybe a few eggs for breakfast. And not forgetting a drop of sloe gin...
