I've used this one before, not sure where it came from originally. Most of the route is fairly well signed.

It is well signed but there are enough places where you'll get tripped up - you do need a gpx

It's also signed (if i remember rightly) with an acorn inside a direction arrow. It's a bit hit & miss in places though..
