Gaza Sunbirds - the cyclist without a leg

Sometimes all you can do is share content. Every little helps, especially as sometimes they just want someone to at least listen to their stories. Shame on Youtube and the various algorithms that keeps these vids repressed.

Here's one published 3 days ago. Amazing people...

I noticed the the few-year-old Al Jazeera Sunbirds documentary being linked to again the other week, for tragic but near inevitable reasons:

Thanks for the link Hyppy. Can't help but notice/mention that it is the wording of such articles that really frustrates. Like as if it's written by a toned down version of a BBC transcript. Anyway, Norman Finkelstien and Gabor Mate are really ones to watch (as well Chris Hedges and Max Blumenthal - the current day Noam Chomsky and John Pilgers).

Anyway, if you know, you know, I guess. Hopefully the climate recent flotilla will help slowly break the siege and stop Israel from starving the Gaza population to death (not a new thing).

I think probably best to deem the thread closed there as we run the risk of it being deleted permanently (general rule/theme of the forum being to not have saddening/depressing threads all over the shop).
