I told my missus that I want to go out to Fat Bottomed Girls, she wasn’t impressed.

Last Friday night at the local "speakeasy "again. This time The Beaulocks (never mind eh? Never Mind...). Five quid - not bad value for 2 hours of entertainment, and 9/10 for the frontman's audience participation efforts (which I hate 'cos I can only sing in the bath. Badly).

Sadly I seem to be mainly listening to my tinnitus at the moment which seems to have ratcheted up a notch

OK, not very sophisticated musically but I quite like it. It's a rather jolly foot-tapper, and is an accusation that could probably be levelled at a fair few of us in This Place

Where did that style go.... You look like a hobo - fair cop!

I didn't realise until quite late in life that Paul McCartney's brother was 1/3 of The Scaffold
We go out into the hills to lose ourselves, not to get lost. You are only lost if you need to be somewhere else and if you really need to be somewhere else then you're probably in the wrong place to begin with.

Brian Connolly of The Sweet was adopted by the parents of Mark McManus (title character in the TV series Taggart)

Gone off on a bit of a tangent while getting cranked up for Thursday's 'Ramonas' outing...
