I've got some Klite Qube lights that draw such a tiny amount of juice (~20ma) which means a normal powerbank will turn itself off.
I found this device which when plugged between the battery and lights keeps the battery awake, and therefore the lights lit.

Didn't see any of that stuff, but then I run AdBlocker Ultimate and disallow pop-ups etc in the browser settings. YMMV, HAND, etc.
