A bit of a review

Post by JohnClimber »

One of these came in the post today and how have I survived until now without one?

It's the Bear Bones Ti-Mag Windshields from a bloke in Mid Wales for less than a tenner

https://www.bearbonesbikepacking.co.uk/ ... ndshields/

It's 2 magnets clip onto the gas cylinder and shields half of the the small burner from the wind brilliantly.

It fit's perfectly into a 750ml Ti mug along with the gas, Kraku burner, lighter and spork with a little room to spare.

Although it's a little tall for a 650ml Ti mug if you want to fit the lid on it

But I'm sure it could be cut down a little without much ill effect.

Why has no one thought of this before?

I have one of the originals with the diddy magnets. It's great but the mags/glue have given up. I think Stu uses a mag tape now.

I hope and pray for a likkle bit of replacement mag tape with my Bamboo Ts. One parcel/less postage innit.
