Bontrager XR series. A doddle to set up tubeless. You might be shocked at the current price though Tony.

Vittoria Mezcals in smaller sizes, if available. Worth looking at newer offerings from Pirelli, Goodyear, and Wolfpack as they are slightly off the radar compared to established bike brand tyres. Like these which seem an acceptable price: https://kidsracing.co.uk/collections/wo ... 5597676607
Otherwise, with current stock availability it's a case of availability or affordable, pick one!

Vittoria Terreno Mix. They are coping well on the slippy tow path, the tracks on the Quantocks and not too bad on the road.
I got them really cheap last summer when the winter tyres were clearly all being discounted and shifted, my plan is to get some summer tyres any day now when they are cheaper and being shifted. Probably some Terreno Zeros which are currently 25% off!

Re: Tyres, what you using ?
Ive used Conti X-Kings in both 2.2 and 2.4 sizes. I liked them a lot and had no problems using them tubeless (although I know others have struggled with them). The 2.4s weren't much wider than the 2.2s tbh.
I've also used WTB Rangers in 2.6, I liked those as well but unfortunately the sidewalls were quite fragile and the front tore while I was doing the Cairngorms inner loop last summer.

Currently using Maxxis Ardent 29x2.25 on my Big Bro rigid, can't complain really been a great tyre when I change em may go up to 2.3's and the Epic Evo I've got has the Specialized rubber on it which work well Ground Control & Fast Track both 29x2.3's
