Yes, very strange but it does perhaps sound like whatever befell him had little to do with the fact he was riding a bike?

From last reports seeming an RTA cover up. Sure there was something about a girlfriend from one of the men arrested was being charged aswell from what I remember reading.
Really sad news and such a shame it took so long to find the answers.

Very sad. I thought about him when I was up that way last year and speculated that something suspicious must have happened as if it been a simple road crash they would have found him at the time.
Auch farm is on the WHW over the hill from Tyndrum just where the HT550 route turns up the glen to Glen Lyon so quite a few people passing year round.

Jeez. Well done to Police Scotland for persisting and finding him though.
Suzanne Pilley's death still bothers me - her body is out there in Argyll somewhere. If anyone is ever going to find her it will be someone like one of us who goes to out-of-the-way places.
