interestingly "the civil sanctions for fly tipping and squatting in commercial premises are unlikely to be affected by the changes".

Debate in Parliament on 19th. Interesting map here https://petitionmap.unboxedconsulting.c ... ion=300139 showing where the petition votes were cast. Very stroppy lot up there in Sheffield of course - doing a bit of canvassing Landslide? :grin: Other areas fairly predictable too.
