Yes James decide on the day what route you are going to do as the both follow the same route 80 riders have entered

#jennride has sold out (200)but I am releasing 40 tickets due to demand and thats the number that normally don't make the event due to one thing or another they will go live at 9pm on Thursday night tonight! there will be no more tickets after this but swops are fine between yourselves.
There will be camping available the night before and the evening after the event but field should be clear by 9am Monday morning no erecting of shelters before 6pm on the Friday.
There will be an adventure film night with wood fired pizzas and beer out of Wheelbase I am organising content but they are organising tickets sales line up coming soon.

It's on my birthday, and apparently its not fair on the kids to go off and do something I want to do on my own bloody birthday, so i've got to stay at home and do something 'nice' with the family and the sodding in-laws that weekend. And that's the end of it.

Really looking forward to this.

Easily one of the best weekends I've had and I've been in love with dirt for 22 years.

I never knew Jenn personally but had been struck by both her writing ability (a brilliantly written account of 24hr solo singlespeeding in The Outcast alerted me) and her quiet but strong riding and excellent technical knowledge. I only ever managed to shout hi as she photographed us at SSUK 08 and was always too shy to impose when I saw her at races. She was and always will be an inspiration.
Big Thanks to Rich for putting on this fantastic event.
I won't be on the Frankencross this year but I can't wait.

Is this like a booze/party festival or just good old riding with vegetarian options (or whatever)...

Sorry, I only realised what the Jenn ride was at some point this year but still noy fully grasped it all

Basically it's a couple of loops, one extending the other but you can do it all or just some of it depending on how you feel, train to catch, etc. Pretty chilled really. In previous years the route has been very convoluted but that meant if you were tired you could just shortcut one of the loops.

A lot of riders have an early evening pub stop to get a meal but it's not mandatory. Last year a lot of people used the cafe in Torver for breakfast.

Thanks again Bob. I just realised afterwards that I've got a chairty Wales ride on that same weekend so probably gonna have to give it a miss... All this dot watching (never really watched the HT550 nor the TD before... normally its just Tcr and the Aussie one which Mike was on) has got me raring to go and try and do my first 100 miler....

Probably gonna have to start with the peaks itt that Ian Fitz started (I think)... Granted its a bit of a mission but I'll give it my best shot...
