223.8lbs, I’ll take that, thought I would’ve gone up too. Busy week with a few lapses.

Yay I put a solitary 1lb on this week. That takes me perilously close to the self imposed limit on weight gain so it's time for action!
I've just done a nice little ride and I'm. Thinking I'll get back to regular riding now I actually feel I want to ride again.
Time for a new weight loss goal for 2018 too. How does 15.5 stone sound? Let's do.it.

Hi Naffa, can you just confirm what the weight was for me? Sorry, probably just me being dim. Ta

No weigh in from me.

Feeling sorry for myself with a cooked breakfast in a café. Tried my first outdoor ride and even in super granny 34*42 the slightest hill was too painful and no power. Managed 2.4km around the block

Yeah, I'm sure it will, Ta. :-bd

just getting to me now. Before the op in was still able to do 10 hour days. Good news is its not pain with the prosthetic, but soft tissue/tendon/ligament pain on outside of knee. I thought I'd do better from time on the turbo, but the real world was a different story.

67.6 kg this week (149 lb)

I ate well and managed to get out for a couple of lunchtime rides so not sure why I've put on half a kilo. There's been quite a lot of pasta this week and I had one whole beer this week so I'll blame that.

Just take your time Moder -dye. It'll be right soon enough and pushing yourself might lengthen your recovery mate.

I managed to lose a solitary 1lb this week, it's better than putting 1lb on though.

Cheers Naffa, you're not the first to tell me that

Can you give me your actual weight (stones, pounds, kilos, whatever), not sure if I've lost track... Ta :-bd

Well at least it's movement (if in the wrong direction).

Not surprising as life isn't allowing me much opportunity to ride but offering up ample opportunity to drink beer and eat crap - boo!!!

Next week it'll be lower I promise

222.7 lbs still heading in the right direction.
Moder-dye, as Naffa said, maybe back off a bit, enjoy a few pints and a curry, (other temptations are available) let your body recover a bit more.

Been a few months since I weighed in ,have been eating crap and drinking way to much but strangely need another hole in my belt so jumped on the scales and I'm down to 86 kg a pleasant 9kg since Jan ,don't know how as every BAM I've done has revolved around pubs beer and food ,the only thing that's changed is I've doubled my monthly mileage to around 400 per month with a couple of longish rides thrown in each month ,happy to say I can now see my Mickey with out looking in the mirror ,and hopefully the bear bones jerseys I've ordered isn't like a tent on me
