Add me too, currently at 75.8 (11st 13) and want to get back down to 70(11st). Actually being able to wear my older closer fitting cycling tops is the aim.

I'm having nightmares about what your spreadsheet looks like with everybody randomly going for kg , stones.lbs and just lbs :ugeek:

Are we standardizing with metric? Kg?

Well my spread sheet is all in pounds

I've just converted everyone's posted weight to pounds myself, seemed the easiest way to do it.

You can still post your weight in your favourite standard measure and I'll make the change :-bd

Surely there's only one 'standard' measure or your favourite dark ages inspired luddite Imperial measurements???

Even before residing full-time on the continent I never could fathom why there wasn't an instantaneous switch to the metric system immediately following the first person to explain such a sensible, logical and sane way of doing things.

***tone declaration: obviously I'm taking the p1ss and not actually having a go at anyone who may harbor either sentimental attachment to the mental imperial system or resentment of the superior metric system - no offence intended!***

Well quite frankly I don't give a monkey's as long as its something I can understand and convert hence the phrase standard measure. I.E. not EU potatoes, new born lambs or lego bricks

We're still pretty mixed up in usage in this country and this being the WWW people could be from the USA.

Imperial or metric is fine, but if you want to be kind to this fool who has agreed to (as NC called you) herd this pack of cats you could post in pounds :-bd

First weigh-in tomorrow

BTW still need a starting weight from GairyM, Richard G, JustChris and Ootini or I can use your weight tomorrow (or when you post) as your starting weight.

Agreed, I'll try and figure out my weight in old money for you :-bd

And I was waiting until tomorrow (as it gave me time to find my scales).

I'll give this a good go please - but away from home until tomorrow so can't give a start weight. Aiming for 80kg, and feeling comfy in 32" jeans but needing 34" for the legs rather than the belly again! :-bd

Not too late to join in I hope, am I? Crap year cycling/walking last year thanks to related Achilles Tendon issue and an onset of severe melancholy/lack of motivation. Not sue how much I weigh at mo, but I've realised tying my shoelaces has become more uncomfortable post-Xmas binge. Prob about 110kg, but will confirm tomorrow.

Add me in too please - life time high this morning of 111.5kg after a disastrous 6 months for loads of reasons. I did try to start this last year at around 106.5kg in January so the last 6 months after the Dirty Reiver and Cairngorms Loop ITT last spring have not been kind to me. Aiming for slow changes and quality nutrition. Cheers and good luck all.
Will add to the weight in thread too (all in Kg and cms etc.)
