A great weekend. Thanks Stuart, and to Dee who was off to get more cake for those making the most of Monday when we left. Really good event. Can't see why it's taken me so long to make it to a WRT, even more so now I've experienced the riding in the area - beautiful. Got wet feet marching across a bog or 2 so feel like it was a legitimate WRT tick.

Thanks to Benp1 for the lift and Zippy too. Good guys to ride with - despite me now having a pricey new kit wish-list .. after a tarp-tourettes session in those winds at 2am Sat night it'd be good value for next time ..

Sorry to miss you there Scott. Good to meet a few others, even met two other Ashridge-area locals there. Small (and a bit oddball) world :-bd Love it.

Thankyou Stu + Dee for another great event

We had a bit of everything WRT on our ride:
- Tarmac, Gravel, Singletrack, Trails, Bog Deathmarch.
- Sun, Wind, Rain,
- Bivvy, Bothy
- Pubs, Cafe's, Meths Stove Cooking.
- Tea and Cake @ BB Towers.

Also thanks to Si for lending me a set of bib tights, in my late night packing I'd ommitted to bring any legwear
Also big thanks to Benp and Jameso for the great company, I enjoyed that.

Will get round to photo uploads...errr...eventually.

More thanks from me too for Dee & Stu.

Had a hoot with the LHC (Lardy, Hardy, Carby)

Thanks to Reg for wielding the sword of leadership unwaveringly as he guided us through the wilds of Wales like a modern-day Hannibal.

Some blurry photos and mumbled words to follow.

Another ta very muchly from me! A great weekend in so many ways; with the possible exception of the climb out of Rheidol. We had a Barterism competition going up there.

- Tarmac, Gravel, Singletrack, Trails, Bog Deathmarch, trail centre (sorry!) and riving crossings
- Sun, Wind, Rain, Yep
- Bivvy, Pub car park
- Pubs, Cafe's, Meths Stove Cooking. And Antiques Roadshow (living the dream.....)
- Tea and Cake @ BB Towers.

Must add thanks to Reg for the general directing of proceedings both before and during the event

Is that the sausage dog he was waving about at the farm?
(as I typed that I realised how wrong it could sound but hey, we'll let it pass)

Yep. Thanks to all who contributed - especially Stu and Dee. Especially Stu for going finding my Garmin in a field this morning. #-O

Great to meet a load more new faces at the start, finish and on the Friday night session at The Star. :-bd Can't wait for the next episode.

Yes, and good stuff - see you there. Sounds posh doesn't it? "Oh yes, see you in Turin.."
