I use an old phone with komoot, my route saved for offline use and 3 battery's. My current phone I use if I need online info about the route if I get lost.

Trying to buy GRX and the Holy Grail
I am finding it impossible to buy a SHIMANO GRX 600 DOUBLE CHAINSET 11 speed 36/40 172.5. Are there any more available alternatives that would do the job with an 11 40 rear an ultegra gs rear deralliuer and whatever front deralliuer it needs, as i've still to buy a front. Even Amazon is out of stock...

I didn't wash my hair for 3 months. After 2 months it got very shiney and sleek as the natural oils came back. Unfortunately when it rained I smelled like a wet dog.

My chain is 118 link and according to online chain length calculator it should be ok as well. Maybe in the future i will upgrade to full grx one part at a time. Is it a new chain? If ...

Old legs need Lower gears.
Im looking to change my rear casette to an 11-40. At present it is 11-32 with R8000 GS derailleur, my front is Ultegra R8000 50-34. What do i need to do this and how easy is it?. I'm not that mechanically minded. Thanks.
