I dropped my cap outside The Sportsman pub in Hayfield a few weeks ago. Someone found it, assumed it belonged to alexinthepeaks, and he assumed it belonged to me, which it did.

Wonder if there's a gap in the market for a bikepacking murder mystery weekend? Clues could be strung up in pub beer gardens, left in the reduced items fridge in Spar, shouted by an angry farmer etc.

Google maps is often your friend for this sort of thing - you can see a chunk of that on Streetview/Satellite view. Goes from tarmac to a gravelly double-track and back t tarmac on the north coast by the looks of it.
