I've not tried it with a 26" front wheel, but as a 96er it roles over stuff, accelerates and climbs well. The EBB actually works, it's a hoot to ride....I have no idea about geometries but the frame is hanging on a bedroom wall if you want me to measure anything and at that price if you don't l...

There is some damage, a thumb nail deep gouge on the chainstay where a chainring made contact, you can't see it once the chainring is fitted and it's not altered since I've had it (or the previous owner) so £30 plus postage....

I've a Carver 96er frame, 15" seat tube. I have the geared dropout. It's v light and v cheap......just the frame

Is there such a thing as a light lock that offers a bit of protection? Bike packing but solo so need to lock on ferry, in towns to buy cake, etc and one night on a proper campsite.....

That is the plan. But as I'm going to be staying on the SSEC and SSUK campsites, I think a tent is called for. I'm just hoping some drunken fool doesn't fall on to my tent breaking the pole like at SSUK in Sussex a few years back. Oh wait, that was me...

Cheers. Good comment regarding the poles, I'd already mentally strapped them to the bars if they won't fit in the Gorilla bag. The races are in May and September so I should be OK with the bag and Thermorest mat. Then there's LE to JOG in June, but different tent and I don't have to carry my luggage...
