What's my colour?

Post by Bearbonesnorm »

As someone with an unusual take on colours, I thought I'd ask the collective what they thought my colour might be from the following;

Sky blue
Champagne metallic grey
Acid apple green

It's not a trick question and there's no prizes - just need guidance :-bd

Grey's not even a colour so that narrows it down to two.

I'm an Acid Green type but I reckon you're more of a Sky Blue.

Was there a "newline" missing between "champagne" and "metallic grey", making it four options? In which case the answer's obvious

Those are all pretty striking colours for a new carpet though.

You jest - the choosing of interior decor, ranks second only to the washing machine in the list of things I'm not allowed near.

Aye, very true Si - trouble is, even I know champagne isn't grey, battleships and elephants, they're grey.

Grey hides dirt better

Needs more context though. Bicycle frame? Motorcycle? Hair colour?

When I hear "sky blue" I assume it's that nice pale shade you get near the horizon on a crisp spring morning. What could be better for encouraging you out into a beautiful Welsh morning? Having said that, if it's an over saturated instagram-filter version of "sky", I'd probably steer clear.

I'd say grey, but haven't you already got one that colour?

If it's for a bike Go green! -

You're orange On-one stood out and was a nice bike

The washy blue Stooge doesn't stand out

So go green, reckon bold colours work better.
