WTF!! Waste Product Analysis
I overheard two typical Gym bro's talking today. They were discussing about whether to have their sh*t analysed to see what protein/carbs etc was in it so they could tune their diets more exactly.
We had something like this done twice a year for the dog to confirm that he never had any worms (www.wormcount.com), I just can't believe it's a real thing that normal people or anybody below olympic athletes do?? I really don't want to google "where can I get my sh*t analysed ?" as I'd hate to think what adverts I would start to get after that.
Oh and for the record, I certainly don't want to have it done myself!

I recall a telly program some years ago where members of the general public had their diets / exercise habits changed, mostly (as you'd imagine) with positive effects. The 'expert' (Gillian someone?) had a good look at everyone's poo before starting and used it as a key tool to determine the effects peoples diets were having on their health / bodies.
May the bridges you burn light your way

Gillian McKeith, ‘you are what you eat’

The Zoe app is all about poo analysis and gut biome
Slightly more science than Gillian
Gym bro's probably up to the eyeballs in steroids and HGH anyway

Well I got my bi-annual present from the NHs for a bit of that but they are looking for something a bit more serious than a duff diet.... (although one can beget the other of course!)

I feel this could all too easily end up leading to the question of do you drink your own wee?

I'd be interested in this. It could be useful for fine-tuning the cake:pie ratio
