Lift back to London after WRT?

Post by Oli.vert »

Booking trains to various events while it's quiet at work, and finding the only way back to London from the WRT on Monday by train takes nearly 6 hours and 5 changes.
Before I commit to it and buy tickets, is anyone driving back nearish that could give me a lift?

Any offers appreciated!

*Edit*

Been offered a lift to Bishops Stortford, which is ace, 30 mins away from Laaaaahndun, and no bike reservation required so can rock-up whenever. Super-ace!
This place is fab.

Heading back to Bristol probably mid-late afternoon.

Not sure if I'm entering yet, I'll discuss it with wifey tomorrow. If I do you're welcome to lift as far as Bishop's Stortford.

Cheers Pirhana, looks like there's a couple of options - trains allowing. All I can find is the Stanstead Express from BS to London, not sure it takes bikes unless they're packed for air travel. You could always drop me at Letchworth or Cambridge or similar.....
Plenty of time yet - see how it goes.

I'm driving back to Norfolk after, could drop you at Kings Lynn and it's a single train down?
