I know people have had issues getting Continetal tyres to run tubeless but I mainly run the protection model and they have never been an issue, something else I have learnt today whilst buggering about with Continental tyres is that the Protection model is made in Germany and the cheaper RaceKings and Xkings are made in China.
I thought all Continental Tyres were made in Germany
No particular point to any of this just thought I would share that piece of useless information

Re: Continental Tyres
I've never had an issue, but like you, I buy the ProTection versions. Though now I've switched to Maxxis on my MTB and CX, great tyres.
