Write up of a self-supported 2500km DIY audax (DIYs are where you specify the control points, send the proposal off and somebody in AudaxUK okays it then checks the GPS that you did it) by my mate Marcus. Not to spoil it, but it coincided with those recent storms in France.

It did strike me he missed an epic chance to draw a huge GPX dick on France.
