I was planning on doing some testing tonight with my meths stoves to see if I can finally nail down the best set up (stoves/cups/amounts of water & meths etc.)
Is it safe to do this indoors? Apart from creating a whiff is there a reason why I shouldn't do it in the kitchen?
(Obviously I appreciate that it won't be a proper test without factoring in the wind shields having no wind to protect against)
cheers

As long as you stand them on something that won't burn / mark / melt then you'll be fine.

"Who can get the longest flame without burning the house down?" Must admit it took a bit of tinkering to get it to work sideways.
Bioethanol's worth a try, although Stuart doesn't approve ;-). No pong at all. Well, smells a bit like a voddie cocktail so you could toast your pyrotechnic skills afterwards at least.
