So, a race director witnesses a rider cheating but doesn't disqualify him? Seems a bit odd to me, then bottle the experience up for 9 years and then complain about it

Haha. I heard a lot of chatter on TD this year about him really bitching and whining that he didn't win, and accusing others of cheating etc.
