I really don't know much about this but there are some Brits riding. Always fancied Puru.

Inca Divide.
May the bridges you burn light your way
Re: Inca Divide.
Have ridden (dirt toured) a bunch in that area and would go back to many areas in an instant, if only I could find the time in life again. With that bit more experience of bike setup it would be super fun.
A pretty frightening amount of climbing, indeed also quite frightening was the earlier quoted entry price (€499?) Wonder if that still stands.
Would be interested to know how the riders went about acclimatisation, maybe they spent a week up high prior before starting low in Trujillo.

Re: Inca Divide.
Sofiane got bitten by a dog and had to get treatment in hospital, so I assume he is out.
*edit* no, it seems that after a tetnus and rabies jag he is back out there again.

Re: Inca Divide.
There will definitely be some great riding on this.
The Punta Olympica loop is an absolute gem, maybe best savoured rather than raced through though.
Most likely fuelled by Inca Cola
