How do you stick yours...
Attaching your BAM badges (and others) to your bikepacking bags... I just had a restrap badge delivered with the '50kg belly holding' magnetic belt/strap. So may aswell start my badge obsession on the Alpamayo (if its legal) by sticking the Restrap badge (Life behind bars is the blurb) to it...
So, how do you stick yours...

Re: Whats your preferred method of
I'm thinking to just use my pryms powder
https://raystitch.co.uk/prym-987157-tex ... air-powder but wouldn't want my BAM badge falling off (when I've earned it, if I manage and live that long) so is there a better way
Dont fancy stitching into the vx21 material as surely thats not clever (plus mt fingers have just become unsore from my laat sowing attempt!

Raided Mrs Perrin's sewing kit (sexist comment if ever there was one!) for safety pins, pinned badges through one of double-layers or on strap etc. Low tech but works.

Silicone sealant.
I was in a local school uniform shop an on the counter was a badge glue for cub/scouts/etc so I bought some.
Turns out it was a small tube of silicone sealant.
I now just get the skeleton gun out for badges whenever the kids come home with more badges.

Just stitch it on and rub some sealant/glue onto the line of stitches. It's not like the bags are actually waterproof anyway and the vx21 cloth sews pretty easily.
If you are going through hell, keep going.

Urgh. Life behind bars is something I’d avoid saying or using after reading Ayesha McGowans blog on this phrase.
Tbf it wasn’t something I’d thought of before that read.

Would be slightly surprised if either of them referred to their cut off denim jackets as gilets

Is that some sort of cult? They both seem to be missing the middle and ring fingers of both hands Maybe one of those Japanese gangs you occasionally hear about.

I've sewn mine to my WIldcat Fat Lion bar harness. Only pic I have is below. It was a slow and painful process. Re below, I will use silicone sealant for my 2019 one, should I earn it.
I'm just going outside ...

Blimey Tim, you've even got a specially installed dedicated "BP kit drying" line, that's professional stuff!
