BB calendar - any interest.

Post by Bearbonesnorm »

Usually, sometime around Jan 18th, someone asks about doing a BB calender. Difference is this time, I've remembered before it's too late.

My question, if such an item were available at reasonable cost and featuring some lovely bikepacky type pictures, would anyone want one?

Ta.

Wouldn't be a bad idea.

Maybe we could have a photo competition and vote for the shot for each month

If it is naked boners with strategically covered bits then I’m out.

I'll have one. I dont use them myself, but I will send it to my mother in Aussie, who, every year, sends me two or three featuring Australian wildlife, Australia beaches, Australian geological features. Once, in a moment of madness, she sent me a calendar featuring pictures of ladies in bikinis .... I kept that one.

So, yes thanks Stu. One for me.
I'm just going outside ...

Wouldn't be a naked boner if it was covered(?)! And I wouldn't want a picture of anyone's boner, naked or not.

I'm assuming it'll have all relevant weekends/races/events highlighted.

Uhm, probably not as it'll need doing very soon and not all dates for next year are available yet or those that are could likely change ... nowt worse than one that's got wrong dates in. However, there would be plenty of space to write your own dates in.

I once had a calendar that had 2 November 29th's. Caused a lot of confusion till I figured that out.

If it's a nice size to go on my desk at work, I'd be interested

I'd be up for one - as long as it's nice pics with scenery. Don't need beardy blokes featuring too heavily......

I'd like one too.... possibly to mix it up a bit with the odd bothy or night bivy spot just for a bit of variety?

Possibly, as long as it has space to write things for each day.

Scenes of biking, camping, bivies and landscape rather than portraits or bike porn would get my interest.

Count me in, can it be of a size that you can actually write stuff down on each day, not one of those tiny ones?!
