thanks that looks good , yea should be a good route linking the 2 together, have map and gpx file on my gps for the WHW i guess the GGW is dead easy to follow as well lots of sign posts and things or will i want a map etc for that part too ?

Got a date in about 4 weeks to do this now , thinkin of goin from Glasgow to fort William on whw then carrying on to Inverness on the great glen way seems a bit less brutal than goin for the whw dobble haha , thanks for all the info will tell U how i get on !

i am interested in what people are using for this as well a i was thinking of just using my really light like 1-2 season bag and my big rab down jacket as that setup is smaller than my 3-4 season bag i use this set up for bike packing in the summer and spring but duo if will be too cold in october ....
