Remember that a lot of ITT don't really have cut-off times ... also if you can sit on a turbo and knock off 200km, then you've already developed the bloody mindedness that's required to finish :-bd Also working out on your upper body and making your core strong will also make long days in the saddl...

Yeh I have one. Love it, really great bike. Just a shame it only has one set of bottle mounts. Bar that cnt recommend enough :)

BUT.... you dont pull out the granules that are in the fluid as most are stuck around the tyre. SO...... but some glitter off that there ebay, Silver is the best, and add it to your recycled fluid. As this will help to seal any holes, and when you get a puncture it comes out and looks like unicorn c...

There is also software to stitch GPS data together. So with the edge's it sometimes worth stopping them and making a few shorter rides then putting them back together later :cool:
