I have a tangle bag below which I can fit a side pull cage for 1 bottle. Trying to ditch the camelback for the WRT so was going to try a couple of these, mounted on the handlebars (facing backwards so it doesn't get in the way of the front harness) for a couple more bottle cages http://www.chainreac...

Im waiting for mine to arrive, apparently its on its way :)
I asked John about Breathability v's Waterproofness and he advised M90. I thought breathability more important as its mainly for under a tarp it will have some protection against the rain.
I also got the hood modification

I got a tangle bag (Med) on the Swift. Enough space on the downtube for a bottle
However the one on the seattube there isnt room, so I got a storage bottle with spares/tool which is sorter
