Re: The post man's been ...
Mr Postman has dropped another light package on the mat this morning A Evernew Pasta Pot (700ml), it was a bit pricy but there were a few factors that swung it for me - ML's Measurements in the side of the pot - Nice fitting lid with drain holes - Small spout shape - Insulated handles I probably cou...

Re: More Borah Bivy Bag Questions
Just got hold of mine, in came in a box smaller than I was expecting (a great start). Very impressed with both lightness and quality of workmanship. I got a reduced netting hood, L shaped zip, tie points at the corners on M90 upper fabric. Think this should about cover every option Communicating wit...

Re: More Borah Bivy Bag Questions
Im waiting for mine to arrive, apparently its on its way :)
I asked John about Breathability v's Waterproofness and he advised M90. I thought breathability more important as its mainly for under a tarp it will have some protection against the rain.
I also got the hood modification

Been riding my Swift for a while with a full sus fork and Alfine 8 hub Quite like the combination but agree with the comments above that you dont really need a bouncy front for bikepacking (and the added extra weight it brings). Im going back to rigid soom to lighten it up for the summer. In terms o...
