Don't know if it's of any use, but i ordered one of these via ebay for my Fargo, pretty good for £18.99, various lengths and 25 deg rise

I have an 80mm, with a 25 degree rise - for a 25.4mm bar, no name stem. Any good?

I have a spare BBB 70mm 30 degree rise stem surplus to requirements it only got used a few times so nigh on mint condition. £15 posted?
