Top tube, seat post bag

Post by jam bo »

I have a nice alpamayo custom frame bag and top tube stem combo. I'd quite like a small bag to sit against the seat post as I've got quite a lot of standover. I've asked alpamayo but they aren't doing any custom stuff at the moment. I've tried the alpamayo stem bag and an alpkit bag but they don't work well because of the large brace. I know revelate do a seatpost bag version with a cutout but I don't think it's big enough.

Any ideas?

Wildcat do one too, I think intended for a Surly but it's a perfect fit on my Stooge.

I've got a specific Wildcat Stooge one - reckon it'd fit a treat on the Transition.

Revelate do the bent jerrycan, if you hang on a week or so I might sell my black one, MUST have a camo one to match my gas tank.
The jerrycan is quite small, I can fit a 29" tube, multi tool patches and a small bottle of sealant in mine but it's a squeeze

Just measured the brace on my surly at 3" so that should give you an idea of fit.

Bandit is 5" from seatpost to toptube. Let me know if you are selling, it might be worth a try.

Make one? I did it took about a whole 20 mins. The top opens and it has velcro to seal it.

It was for my trek which has a strange angle and there was nothing on the market that fit.

Cost. Of materials was about £3.
