Trackleaders page, how do you set one up?

After seeing Stu's post on the BB200 and trackleaders I was wondering just how you set one up for an event?

I did an Audax ride in the highlands and Islands this year and a group tracking page was set up on spotwalla as linked by Scotroutes.
Riders used trackers and mobile phone aps on it and it worked well.
The android app "bubbler" worked well using relatively little battery life too as it only updates at low rates, or even when you manually want it too.
I've even used it with data set off, it stores your position updates then transmits them when you reconnect.

The page does not show a track as track leaders does, it only shows a current position, but for a fixed route event like BB200 a coloured track overlay can be added easily. Your own personal spotwalla page still shows a track though.
