home gym, very little used but I could use the space tbh. Consists of a body solid gpr378 squat cage, an Olympic bar and tri grip weights set of 185kg, two Olympic dumbells with collars, fractional plate set, York adjustable bench and weights tree, think that's it I may have more though.
Im in Leeds. The cage will dismantle but you'll need a van. The lot is worth about 1200 new so sell for 800 or would swap for a bike mtb or road 17/18" medium mtb or 54cm Road, plus 29er fat whatever I just need the space. Thanks

mick, do you have a flat bench? just something i can use for flys and dumbell press. dont need no uprights for a barbell.

That's the exact bench mate but I was after selling everything in a job lot tho really
I have someone interested in the cage tho so may possibly be able to split stuff up
