Stooge MK1

I'm selling my Stooge, it's the MK1 and the first Stooge frameset ever sold - still going mighty strong!

Spec:

Stans ZTR Flow with Chronicle front and Crossmark rear set up tubeless.
Shimano SLX 10 speed shifter
Shimano SLX rear mech (clutch) with One Up rad cage, expander cog 42
Shimano XT brake levers
Shimano XT front brake (180mm rotor), SLX rear (160mm rotor)
Shimano XT Cranks
Shimano SPD pedals
Salsa Pro Moto bars
Chris King Headset
Bontrager RXL 80mm stem
Thomson elite inline seatpost
ESI Chunky grips

There is a fair amount of cable rub and some big rubs where my front bag straps rubbed under the crown of the fork, plus a couple of chips here and there but nothing which affects the performance or integrity of the frame etc. The bar ends are a little tattered and there is a puncture in the underside of the grip which doesn't affect the feel in the slightest. It could do with a new cassette and possibly front chainring too but I've just replaced the chain and bottom bracket.

I'm based in Edinburgh so would prefer collection but can price up delivery. I'm looking for £600. Any questions just give me a shout :-bd

You might need to join the group but there are photos at https://www.facebook.com/groups/1987281 ... 2415530070

A lovely bike - I owned the frame before I got the Ti which I had at the winter bothy meet, so admittedly some of the marks may be my fault! Great for bikepacking and all round too.

I can see the photo's in the original link now I'm on a desktop, didn't seem to work on my mobile. Looks like it could do with a paint job but could be the excuse I've been looking for to buy some Spray.Bike!

I do like Stooges with a custom paint job - I've got a steel in battleship grey.

Go for it Blair. You know it makes sense! They are a great ride and at that price it would be rude not to!!
All the best, mate,
Adam.
