Ha ha the glamping may not have been your idea but it's not like you were arguing to go and bivi out for another night you just wanted to sleep under a different roof! At least in the marquee we were under canvas :-P

Yeah, that was great.

Quick question, I was wanting to post a new thread to discuss some of the more interesting waypoints. Is it OK to detail them now that the event is done, or would you prefer just a vague description?

Sheepshit and slugs.

At least the rain prevented overheating.

Hard slog and sogg.

Yes Ian it was, those cushions were alittle too firm for me :-bd my only other gripe was that i didnt move the table closer to my bed on the evening which meant i had to get out of bed to get a brew on?? Basics....

Did you get your entire route finished you had planned?

That sounds terrible; firm cushions and the coffee table was too far away! :o

I enjoyed that (mostly!). Thanks to everyone who made it happen. Marquee on second night was ace and made a very comfy bothie! :-).

Will post some photos when I get half a chance, they're a bit like Mike's, but from a slightly different perspectives!
