Aye, it's the reason I walked up the sodding hill in the first place ;)

Thank though! I've been trying to get that shot for a few years now, but it's always been clagged out. That's the eventual winner. He had about a minute lead on a 28min course!

Amazingly a weekend of bikes without rain...

First, BMX. My boy at the club with his mates in the mist during a coaching session

Snuck out for ride around the res's later on

With or without the bike in shot?

Slipped out around my old stomping ground on the way to visit parents on Sunday, couldn't really get the picture to work as I still dont really know what makes a good photo

Looks great flv... I prefer the shot without the bike, but not sure why!

Is that BMX track Bruntwood? Brings back memories of my childhood, grew up about 10 minutes ride from there and went to 6th form at the college which backs onto it, so used to ride some laps on lunch break

Never thought of it like that, only 1 in the crowd was around 20,
Looks like our generation is a dieing breed.
Too interested in their gaming now I guess.

Reckon for a certain age group "being into bike packing" involves following some interesting bike packing people on social media and offering the odd "like" and sharing with mates who are "also into bike packing" Sorry very cynical and possibly only partially accurate, got my grumpy head on today
